A single-user integration that downloads the account owner's sleep, HRV, heart rate, readiness, activity and stress from Oura API V2 to their own computer.
No public health dashboard, user registration or hosted data processing is provided.
The local exporter requests access only to the health data needed for the owner's personal analysis. It communicates with Oura for authorization and data retrieval. Credentials, tokens and exported health records are stored on the owner's computer. Credential files have owner-only permissions; the exporter does not add file encryption.
This information page does not receive health records or OAuth credentials. The exporter contains no advertising or analytics. The website hosting provider may process ordinary request information to deliver this page.
The owner may separately choose to upload exported records to an AI service such as ChatGPT. That disclosure is subject to the selected service's privacy settings and policies and is not performed automatically by the exporter.
Access may be revoked through Oura. Local credentials and exports can be deleted by their owner. This application is not offered to other users.
This software is intended only for the owner's personal account and analysis. It is provided without warranties. Metrics are Oura estimates and do not constitute medical advice. The owner remains responsible for access to local files and any sharing of exports.
